GABRIEL CARRO

OSTEOPATH DO ANNECY

Having graduated from IDO Paris after a five-year course recognized by the Ministry of Health, I practice osteopathy with a global and personalized approach.

As a former high-level athlete, I work with athletes of all levels, from recreational to competitive. I have notably supported rugby players competing in international and Olympic-level competitions, as well as athletes participating in national trail running and road races. My approach focuses on injury prevention, performance optimization, and recovery.

At the office, located a stone's throw from Lake Annecy, I use structural, visceral, cranial and functional techniques, taking the time to explain each manipulation and adapting my practice to the needs and constraints of each patient.

I also treat everyday musculoskeletal disorders, provide support for women and seniors, and address male sexual disorders, using a confidential and individualized approach.

The Testing

The Testing

Following this consultation, I perform precise manual tests to identify areas of the body that lack mobility. These restrictions can be responsible for tension, pain, or functional limitations.

The treatment

The treatment

I then implement the osteopathic treatment best suited to your health, using a variety of techniques: gentle, visceral, or structural. The goal is to restore proper range of motion to the joint or to resolve the identified problem.

My advice

My advice

Because each patient is unique, treatment techniques are always personalized. After a session, it is common to experience fatigue or slight discomfort due to tissue inflammation. Don't worry, this disappears within 48 to 72 hours.
